What you’ll be doing  

 

In this brand new role, you will be accountable for creating a culture of Continuous Improvement across the group with a strong focus on process excellence.

As a Lean Expert, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Lean deployment strategy; facilitating and supporting the leadership teams through the analysis of their value streams and assisting them in the selection and prioritisation of areas of focus.

You will deliver  improvement projects as well as train, coach and educate teams across the group in a variety of disciplines. You can rely on the methods, tool sets and training concepts provided by the Working closely with the CI & Lean team of our shareholder TAKKT-group, you will support in the development and execution of TAKKT CI principles and tools in addition to supporting the TAKKT Lean Strategy.

As well as managing the projects, your responsibilities will also extend to supporting cultural change, introduction of process management and train employees in the functional departments.

 

 

A bit about you...

 

You will be an expert in the field of CI and Lean and have extensive experience in CI and Lean techniques such as 5W, Kaizen, Six Sigma.  Commercially astute and a great communicator, you will have experience in a Retail or Logistics sector and can work at pace!

Training and coaching individuals and teams comes naturally and is something you enjoy; you will be both enthusiastic and passionate about all things CI and install that in others.

A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, you have great project management skills and can operate on both a tactical and strategic level and manage a variety of stakeholders.
